- 1 Cup fresh grated coconut
1 cup fresh coriander leaves (roughly chopped)
2 green chilies (adjust to taste)
1 small piece ginger (1 inch)
2 tbsp roasted chana dal (daliya)
1 tbsp lemon juice
½ tsp salt (or to taste)
½ cup water (as required, adjust consistency)
For Tempering (Tadka)
1 tbsp oil (coconut oil / sunflower oil)
½ tsp mustard seeds
1 dry red chili
7–8 curry leaves
