  1. Add the prepared saffron milk to the ricotta mixture.
  2. Stir in the chopped nuts and granulated sugar.
  3. Cook on medium-low heat for 5–6 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens to a creamy consistency.

  1. Add the cardamom powder and stir well.
  2. Remove from heat and let it cool slightly.
  3. Transfer to serving bowls and refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
