Paneer Tikka Recipe – Spicy Dry Paneer Tikka
Paneer Tikka is a classic Indian vegetarian starter, made by marinating paneer cubes in spiced yogurt and grilling them to perfection. This dry version is cooked on a tawa (griddle) or pan, giving it a smoky flavor that’s irresistible. Paneer Tikka is often served with green chutney and onion slices as a delicious appetizer or snack.

Tips for the Best Paneer Tikka
- Use firm paneer cubes to prevent them from breaking while marinating.
- Drain excess water from yogurt for a thick marinade.
- Add a little ghee to the tawa for a smoky flavor.
- This recipe can also be baked in an oven, but pan/tawa grilling enhances the smoky taste.
